Flooding is possible to low-lying, roads and properties, particularly Newton St, Quay St, South Beach and North Beach.The highest risk is either side of the high tides on Friday 17th April at 19:45 [BST] and Saturday 18th April at 07:45 [BST], with the tide on Saturday morning expected to be the higher. Remain vigilant and remember, it is your responsibility to take actions which help protect yourself and your property. Any low-lying coastal roads and properties across the island exposed to the prevailing wind will be subject to significant wave spray impacts. High tides are expected to affect low-lying parts of Silverhall and Quivals Farm.Flooding impacts are expected around the time of high tide between 10:30 and 12:00 [BST] on Saturday 18th April.
